Facade restoration, roof renewal, asbestos and lead-paint removal, and full interior rehabilitation for offices and staff housing. Full mission from feasibility to site supervision.
Second phase of the operation, dedicated to the exterior: facade restoration, complete re-roofing in mechanical tiles with zinc work, and waterproofing of the terrace with safety guardrails. Full assignment, from design to site supervision.
Complete refurbishment of the French Trotters boutique and custom design of the entire fit-out — okoumé and steam-treated beech. Project in a protected zone (ABF heritage approval).
Design of the French Trotters flagship store in a former art gallery. Timber (okoumé, solid beech, oak) as the main material, fully custom-designed fit-out.
Complete renovation of a duplex apartment with creation of modern spaces and optimisation of volumes. Compliance with building standards.
Heavy renovation of 3 buildings with vertical extension, creating 18 dwellings and 3 commercial spaces. Compliance with safety, accessibility (PMR) and public-building (ERP) standards.
Vertical extension of a single-family house in timber-frame structure (prefabricated sandwich panels). Creation of a 100 m² storey without modifying the footprint, with simultaneous external insulation of the ground floor.
Extension of a single-family house: an enlarged ground floor (+52 m²) for a new living room, and three new upstairs bedrooms. Mechanical-tile roof and externally insulated façades. Building-permit commission, compliant with the local urban plan.
Design and complete renovation of the Intervalles publishing house, with fully bespoke furniture. Public-access (ERP) compliance, PMR accessibility and fire safety. Full commission, from design to turnkey site supervision.

Two-storey extension of a suburban house after structural damage, on a narrow strip plot typical of eastern Paris. Design and building permit.
New detached house over two levels plus attic, with a through-porch, on a narrow plot just 8.56 m wide on the street. Design and building permit.
A full additional storey added to an existing house without changing its footprint: 80 m² of new floor area, external thermal insulation and a new mechanical-tile roof. Design and building permit.
Glazed living-room extension created by enclosing the existing raised terrace: slim thermally-broken steel frames, zinc roof, exotic-timber balcony and deck. Complete facade renovation with external thermal insulation under white render. Design and building permit.
A contemporary 90 m² extension at the rear of a brick house: a two-storey glazed gable with balcony, anthracite zinc roof and dormer, a through living area on the ground floor and all bedrooms gathered upstairs. Zoning feasibility study and building permit completed.
A 39 m² extension continuing a single-storey house within its envelope: fully glazed gable under an anthracite-grey tile roof, glass link with the existing building and attic mezzanine. From the clients' sketch to the prior-declaration file.
Design and construction of a new detached house with full basement (cellars and garage). Full commission, from building permit to delivery.
Design and building permit for a new 107 m² family house on a 650 m² plot, Résidence de la Fontaine.
Complete renovation of a large family apartment, focused on the kitchen and bathroom, respecting its historic character. Full commission: design, administrative procedures and site supervision.
Complete renovation of the staff restaurant for Italian State Railways employees: dining room, self-service line, kitchens and facilities. Full turnkey commission for a public client.
Conversion of an industrial brownfield into a 96-seat staff restaurant with a central kitchen serving schools, for R.F.I. — Trenitalia. Architect and general contractor, turnkey delivery, asbestos removal and code compliance.
A personal competition project for the port of Genoa: a thalassotherapy centre stretched along the seafront, a ribbon of white volumes with curved walls punctuated by indoor and outdoor pools, patios and a glazed hall under a timber brise-soleil.
A competition for a pedestrian overpass: an inhabited bridge above the road — perforated shell, amber glass boxes, a suspended internal street of shops with “books, music, shopping” supergraphics and escalator access towers.
A competition for the creation of a student campus: residences around open courtyards with coloured facades, a glazed hub under a timber canopy and a new square treated as a topography of lawns — a meeting quarter at the heart of the existing campus.
Landscape requalification of a degraded coastal strip and construction of a fully demountable nautical centre in azobé and marine okoumé: 130 cabins, communal spaces, restaurant, nautical equipment storage and boat beaching, for R.F.I. — Trenitalia.

Construction of the roofing, lobby, locker rooms, ticket offices and stands of the Olympic track. Site supervision and execution under French public-works directives (loi MOP).
Extension of the Auchan shopping centre for the new Primark store shell. APS, APD and DPC studies in collaboration with Househam Henderson.

Design and direction of exhibition installations, in France and Italy
Exhibition design of the Vincenzo Guerrazzi retrospective for the City of Genoa: a walkable poster path, kinebox projection cabins and twenty large panels suspended in the hall of the Loggia della Mercanzia. Co-curated with Nuno da Silva Lopes.
A mobile, adaptable exhibition container set on the former Cornigliano railway bridge, above the Polcevera: slatted walls, backlit canvases and a suspended route for the travelling Vincenzo Guerrazzi retrospective. Studio da Silva Lopes & Guerrazzi.
